Hi my name is Goober and I’d love to find myself a forever family! I am just now learning to overcome my sad past home life (more about that later) and need to find a warm, loving home with experienced feline parents who will be patient with me and teach me how to fit into my new family. My foster mom says I am starting to play with toys a lot more and am definitely an indoor cat (give me a good cat tree and some jingle toys and I am good to go!), however I do enjoy the occasional foray outside in an enclosure or secure yard.

Before coming to Meow Village my other family had children who thought they were playing with me by pulling me around by my tail…can you say OUCH! I was scared and confused so I started biting. Because of these circumstances I came to live at Meow Village and am now learning to trust again and not use my teeth to vent my frustrations.

I enjoy playing with jingle toys on the floor or sitting on top of a REALLY tall cat tree. I use the cat scratcher rather than the furniture (isn’t that what a cat scratcher is for?). I do have some issues with my digestive tract, but am doing much better with probiotics & slippery elm powder every other day (mix with my food please). I enjoy crunchy treats and LOVE wet cat food. I need to be kept on a special grain-free diet or I will have accidents outside of the litter box.

My new home should have adults only and please no children. Won’t you be my new family?
