Hi! My name is Honeyman and I want to be your furry friend. About 2-1/2 years ago some nice people brought me into the Florence Area Humane Society. They said they had found me roaming Honeyman Campground. The shelter staff decided to call me Honeyman (between you and me I think they were lacking in creativity that day), however I am kind of honey colored and I can be pretty darn sweet so the name stuck.

I’m a pretty active guy and I love to play! Wand toys, stuffed mice and little balls that jingle are all very appealing to me. Some nice play time everyday is the way to keep me relaxed and happy. Occasionally I get a little hyper but not to worry, the shelter staff will give me some tasty treats that help to calm me and they seem to work pretty good! Since I am so active I would need a home with no other pets or your current pets should be very confident.
