Hi! My name is Kala and I’m fun, fit and fabulous! They call me the Tesla of Dogs because I have a very sporty side that likes to go fast and have tons of fun while I’m doing anything. I love to play with other dogs and would do great in a home with another active dog. While, I’m constantly on the go, I tend to be scared of new things, people and situations. Once I feel comfy around these things, I am back to my bouncy self. Sometimes I’m told I’m a little too bouncy for my own good! I would love to learn some more tricks in my new home since I catch on quick! Just offer me a yummy treat and I’ll show you all my moves!

I can be fearful of new places and people, so I will need some time to trust and get to know my new adult family before I go home with them. Hopefully, they live in a lower dog traffic neighborhood where I can feel safe and sound just doing my thing. Once I’m comfortable I am easily excited and can become mouthy. My friends at the SF SPCA have taught me a lot, but I’m still a work in progress. If you work with me I promise to make it worth your while!
