Hello! My name is Mia. A nice man picked me up at a construction site where I had been dumped and took me to his mom who lived at a retirement center. Unfortunately, she could not keep me and that’s when the nice folks at Meow Village stepped in to try and find me a permanent, loving home.

Being dumped and living on my own was very scary! So I’m shy around people, but once I get to know and trust you I turn into quite the snuggler. AND, if you scratch my nose I will purr, purr, purr!

I’ve been told that I’m a very beautiful kitty, but I don’t care about my looks, I just want someone to love me. You see, I am FIV+ but, really, it’s not a big deal. I’m very healthy and can live a long, happy life.
