Hello there! My name is Posh, and I am a Pitbull mix. I’ve had a rough start in life and am looking to settle down. I probably had a home in California, but some nice person picked me up and took me to a shelter. Unfortunately, they are a “high-kill” shelter and pitbull mixes don’t do well down there. So Woods Creek Pit Bull Rescue paid for my transportation and got me up to Oregon. Since then, I’ve been living “on the farm” (it’s got lots and lots of acres) and making friends.

They call me a “pocket pittie” because of my small stature. I love to play and go for long walks on the beach, around town, or even just down the block. I am about 2-years old and must be an “only” pet. I get along with other dogs, but can be a bit pushy. That being said, I absolutely love children! Kids older than 10-years would be best as I am full of energy! I’ve been called a Couch Potato, since this is where you can find me relaxing on most nights.

I’ve had some basic training while at the farm in Silverton, and would need a family that will set boundaries for me just to help me learn what is allowed and what isn’t. (I’m hoping that Couch Potato IS though!) I am crate-trained but also a fence-jumper. Therefore, I cannot be left alone in a yard without a supervisor.

I’m a young girl that is very healthy. I am up to date on all vaccines, and I was spayed and microchipped at the farm too. I just need a friend or whole family to call me their own. If I sound like the perfect match for you, please, let’s meet!
