Hey there, I’m Ringo! Can you guess how I got my name? Well, it’s because of my adorable ringed tail. I also go by the nickname of Mr. Mumps due to my cute chubby cheeks.

I’m a little confused as to why I’m in a shelter after so many years in a home. I’m still adjusting to shelter life, but I’m becoming more social, and I’m told I’m a sweet boy. I’m not a fan of other cats or dogs, so I would want to be your one and only.

I may be an elderly fellow, but you wouldn’t believe how much I love to play and entertain myself with a good fake mouse! I eat a special wet food to keep my kidneys working well, but I don’t need any medicine or special care currently. The vets say I am in Stage 2 (of 4) of kidney disease, which means I could have many years left with just prescription food and no medicine.
