Hi my name is Sweeney and my dear old sister’s name is Cookie. We are a 7 year old bonded duo and must stay together (at our age it would be too hard to lose each other). We are both affectionate, but Cookie takes a while to trust, but once she does she will be your friend forever. Our original people abandoned us after 7 years when they divorced leaving us to find another home (not easy at our age).

We get along with other cats, our foster home already had a cat when we came to live here. We love sun bathing in the picture window, I enjoy playing and Cookie enjoys watching me chase my tail (she sighs, shakes her head and says ‘males’) and play with an assortment of toys.

We are both spayed and neutered, microchipped and up to date on all our vaccinations! I am definitely the more outgoing of the family and love to seek out attention from my family. Cookie is more reserved, but once she becomes accustomed to her surroundings she warms up really quickly!

We have been waiting for a warm lap and someone to love and love us back for a while, will you be the recipient of our affection and give us a forever home? We would be best in an adult only home with patience for Cookie to blossom.
