It’s amazing how a little love, care, and support can make a difference in someone’s life.I was sick physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My gruff outside appearance and grouchy disposition did not dissuade the staff here from giving me the treatment I so badly needed: care, love, consideration, and most of all, time.

I stand today before you a completely different dog than I was back then. I am ready to take my next step into the arms of a loving family that will show me all the joy that comes with true companionship. I can’t change my past and how sensitive it has made me, so an adults-only home is required for me, but I will not let my past define my future. A seed of love and tolerance has been planted within me and every day it grows… I am even willing to sow it with other dogs or cats. I have taken to this whole crate training thing and use the down time to think about my future and who exactly I want to be. And I want to be the dog that someone is proud to call theirs.

I know there is a family out there waiting to love me with everything they got, and I am ready to return that love tenfold.
