Well hey there! My name is Nora. My tummy hurt a lot when I was younger. I am only 5 years old now but my growing-up years weren’t easy. My owner was nice and tried to help – I sure went to a lot of doctor visits – but until recently nobody knew I was allergic to chicken – of all things! Well, that and STRESS caused what the doctor said was C-O-L-I-T-I-S which I don’t like to think about anymore.

I kept having accidents in the house – it wasn’t my fault, it just *happened* - I got in trouble but I wasn’t trying to be bad. My owner gave me away but the GOOD PART is that once I got to Cat’s Cradle Rescue they put me on occasional medication and good special food and I feel so-o-o much better. All that bad stuff is mostly behind me now! (See? I even have a sense of humor!) I have improved tremendously. Now, I only have maybe 1-2 “misses” per week, which is not bad at all!

I really like it when my people sit down and make a lap for me. I jump up (one…two…THREE and up I come) and I will snuggle for as long as you let me. Oh and drool, too. When I get really happy I can’t help myself. I love to be brushed and my long hair is fluffy and I look so regal but when I open my mouth I have a tiny squeaky voice like a mouse which makes everyone smile. My BEST surprise ever!
